Returns for unwanted item(s)
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. All return requests must be approved by our support team:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Make sure to retain your proof of postage and tracking in case of loss during shipping.
Please include your full name, address, and order number inside the parcel. Returns without identification may be held for up to 14 days.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Order cancellations
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact support to cancel it.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If delivery is refused or not collected within 7 days, the parcel will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
Damaged / Missing Items
Check your items upon delivery. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue.
Returns for defective items must be approved and sent back for inspection. If confirmed, we will refund you or send a replacement.
Exchanges
For exchanges, email us with your order number and reason for exchange. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days.
Lost / Returned Parcels
Zanollini is not responsible for:
- Parcels returned due to incorrect address
- Parcels unclaimed from local collection points
- Parcels refused at delivery
